The staff is rude and make you feel like you shouldn't even be callin . Three diffe rt times I have called and been unable to make an appointment and treated horrible . I do like the dr although it's not worth the stress and I'm in the process of finding a new dr!

I dread calling the office because of the extremely rude staff. I agree with another reviewer - the person answering the phone has absolutely no social or personal skills whatsoever and acts put out because she has to answer the phone and talk to someone. I cannot imagine how she keeps her job. I even mentioned this to the doctor, once I was finally able to get in. Nothing has changed that I can tell. One other item: the PA (wonderful) was covering her bases in trying to find a diagnosis for me, and when she brought an idea to the doctor, he told her it was ridiculous to even assume that might be the answer. I personally know someone who had terrible Lyme disease and the doctor refused to test for Lyme, assuring them that was just not the case. Weeks went by until the patient finally insisted on the Lyme test - and guess what! It was Lyme.

The doctor spent more time complaining about the health insurance business than discussing my health. The office will never give a referral outside their network (no matter what) and act very put-out at any questions. Avoid this place.

Very rude staff, never seem at all like they are trying to help. Make it impossible to speak to nurse or doctor. Was asked to call back if symptoms persisted and took multiple calls to make it through rude 'guards' working against you on the phone. The doctor and nurses are great but not worth what it takes to get to them. Always complaining while you are in the waiting room too. Been a patient for over twenty years at Concord Internal Medicine. I have known four other people that have also switched because of the staff.

Dr. D'Ambrosio is one of the only doctors who will take masshealth. And he is very busy so he doesn't have to. When I was in the hospital he actually took care of me. None of the other doctors will go to the hospital.

Very caring and understanding. Will refer to another MD readily. Great diagnostician. Sometimes late but always takes his time with patients and is a great listener. Is great with computer and covers everything necessary when doing annual physical. Returns phone calls promptly.

This Doctor is highly intelligent but being a Doctor is not his priority. He is out of the office more often than in and you end up seeing a nurse or a PA.

This "Doctor" is as arrogant as he is unhelpful. After a long wait, he couldn't seem to "wait" to get me out of there. I felt like he didn't hear a word I said, nor did he care. A complete waste of time, AVOID!
