Staff is not helpful, had to send off my own drug authorization form as they spent months saying it was sent. Dr is always running late, not to mention his recommendations did not seem appropriate after speaking to another doctor

Wonderful doctor! I have had a difficult time finding any doctor willing to treat me and Dr. Bailey is fantastic. I appreciate that he doesn't only consider normal vs abnormal... but what is OPTIMAL! He is compassionate and also very funny!

Dr. Bailey is very thorough in his tests and looks for causes of issues. He has been a good doctor and I would recommend him to anyone.

How this place remains open is a mystery to me. They bash everything that the Diabetes Association tells you to eat. I'm surprised they haven't killed patients yet with their ridiculous diets they try to put you on.

Just don't waste your time with this Doctor - it's clear he should have retired years ago. Spent more time "bashing" others than actually reviewing why I was referred to him.

Can't see him in person but somehow he gets paid for seeing Alberta patients online while he's on vacation in BC. His staff never gets back to you in less than 2 weeks. I need a new doctor.

Wasted an hour and a half on Microsoft teams waiting for dr Bailey to come on and then he comes on for about 90 seconds, doesn't have time to answer any questions. Says the lab he sent me an hour drive to get 2 tests must have made a mistake and I need to go get tested again. Then they book my follow-up appointment for 5 months down the road. Waste of time. If your family doctor refers you to this guy ask for a different referral like I did after this waste of time and AHS dollars.

Extremely difficult to deal with. I would not recommend this doctor or anyone else at the clinic to anyone.

Dropped my husband off two meds he should have been slowly taken off of. Almost killed him. Doctor did this to put him on three meds he didn't need and we spent a lot of money on. Doctor was confused when the pills he prescribed weren't effecting the thyroid so doubled the dose. Turns out they were cholesterol pills. Completely screwed my husband's brain. Do not go to this quack.
