I feel as though my doctor is very knowledgeable, more importantly she was able to put me at ease all through my treatment. She took the time to answer my questions, address my fears and listen to my thoughts and preferences. I feel as though this office is the complete package -knowledgeable physicians, a caring staff, very individualized and thoughtful care.

Dr Madej is a savior. Thanks to this fantastic vigorous and unrelenting lady I have survived acute leukemia. There was nothing she would not do to help me to see my, then newborn, son to grow up. Now, 30 years later, every time around September 10 - my day of admission - and around Christmas, I can not help but think about her and other doctors in Hinsdale Oncology (Dr. Lonser, pathologist, Dr. Sweet, Dr Gun, the surgeon, others) that saved my life. Thank you today and thousand more times every remaining day of my life. Milan Kucera. P.S. My insurance then was Travelers, it is not in the list. The total amount paid to doctors and hospital, anesthesiologists, spinal tap specialists, etc was then whopping $350,000 +. Staff Dr Madej used then was excellent - I still keep contacts with some of the nurses now. But the same nurses may not be with Hinsdale Hematology and Oncology today so I left the field empty. On time? Dr Madej was near my bedside at any time it was neces. incl. Su-1a.m.
