Thank you so much Dr Fouad, and Zelia at reception. I was planning my fourth homebirth but was reffered to Dr Fouad because of a suspected breach baby. He offered me a beach vaginal delivery in our local hospital. Not many doctors have breach delivery skills and l was so very greatful to him for that.
It turned out that instead of a breach baby l had a head down baby in an odd sideways position because l had placenta previa. This meant l could not deliver my baby naturally. That was hard for me to hear after three wonderful homebirth. My midwife and Dr Fouad really took the time with me and made it so much easier to accept. Dr Fouad did a great job of delivering my baby and though it was way harder than a vaginal birth recovery l am told that I'm healing much faster than what is expected. It's only been a few weeks but l feel quite good and have had no complications from the surgery. I think they did a beautiful job and my scar is barely visible (length of a teaspoon, only as wide as a toothpick).

Dr. Fouad is a piece of stool . He almost killed my wife cutting her bowel in 3 places and sowing her bowl to her vagina after a hysterectomy . This man show never be allowed to retain his license. As of just last week and 20 s0e surgeries they say she has a frozen abdomen and no one can go back in unless its life or death. She was also told she will have to go on a donor list. I am beyond grateful to Dr. Fouad and his amazing Assistant, Zelia!! It felt like a miracle when my GP’s office referred me to Dr. Fouad and within 3 weeks I was in his office, followed by surgery in just under 4 weeks. Other Island Gynecologists have 2+ year wait lists, just for an initial appointment. Thanks to Dr. Fouad’s practiced and proven surgical skills I feel like a renewed, mature woman. I will remain grateful to Dr. Fouad for performing what feels to me like a miracle!!! He and Zelia are the perfect team… both kind, compassionate, efficient, skilled and professional. I went to him for a termination appointment and he made me feel very uncomfortable… he also said he would call me the day after the second step of taking the pills at home… it’s now noon, still no call. (Was also told not to eat or drink until our call) Keep in mind I’ve also been calling them but no pick up! Horrible experience with this man. Would not go back at all!

I had doctor fouad for my entire pregnancy and he was an absolute dream, he made me feel so comfortable and treated me like I was his family!! I had quite a few scares and troubles through my pregnancy and he always made me feel safe and like he was going to take care of me, he always followed up with me over the phone in between visits and between phone calls! I also had my c section done by him and he was so funny and made me feel super comfortable with the entire experience!! He also always reminded me that i could/can call him anytime I need anything or have questions or concerns and he always had time to fit me in the same day whether it was to phone me or to see me in his office! Overall amazing experience with him!!! 10 outta 10!

My friend and I have both seen Dr Fouad for an IUD insertion and removal.
When I sign the original intake form there is a disclaimer stating that we should let the office know if we would like a chaperone in the room.
Futhermore, it was difficult for my regular GP to remove the IUD and so i went to see Dr Fouad. He told me he had to examine me to make sure the IUD was still intact and had not moved or fallen out, then he determined it needed surgery.
He discussed other forms of birth control i should be using instead.
I am very comfortable with Dr Fouad

I have never been made to feel uncomfortable in a doctors office until now.
I was referred to Dr. Fouad by the local clinic for an IUD removal, when I arrived I instantly felt like I was in the wrong place.
I was called into his office and he didn't look at my chart, didn't ask questions, just told me that he would be able to help me have my IUD removed without surgery (I have had 4 other doctors tell me I need surgery and that is why I was referred to him, for him to do an exam and then surgery on another scheduled day).
He then tries to sell me a IUD in cash and tells me I will "save money" if I buy an extra that he has rather than go to a pharmacy. He literally told me to go to an ATM and bring him back cash!.
I knew at that point that I needed to leave, but I was nervous and didn't know what to do, he rushed the appointment so fast that next thing I know I am laying on the table and he is performing an exam. He did not ask if I would like to have a female figure in the room during the exam (he is required to ask this) and he then tries to remove me IUD (which is not able to be removed, so I was left in completely pain). After I asked him to stop, he told me that I will need surgery (DUH) and I got dresses, he did not offer me anything to clean myself with and did not worn me that I will bleed afterwords.
He also gave me false information about birth control afterwards.
I was left being taken advantage of, I canceled all further appointments with him and will be getting a referral for elsewhere.
Do NOT Go To Him.

Dr Fouad was a great doctor during the time of my miscarriage. This is an extremely sensitive and emotionally draining experience he was able to help me right through the process. He had excellent bedside manner, was very thorough and extrmely professional. His office reponded to my messages in a timely manner. I recommend him to any woman dealing with this.

Dr Fouad was a great help to me with an issue I had. He gave me a prescription which helped and he followed up with me twice. He is going to call me again just to make sure everything is ok.
