Very helpful doctor. Last visit I was able to see him in less than 5 minutes.

Appalled by the behavior of somebody who considers himself to be a professional Doctor. Something has gone wrong with Dr. Quek in the past few years.
He is extremely RUDE. He has no patience.
He has no compassion for elderly, disabled patients. He doesn’t hear, or listen to the questions his patients ask and he will easily fall off topic and will go on rants about the past or other diagnosis. It’s just a real shame.
He shows no concern asks no questions. He’ll assume very quickly, and will not let you get a word in. He tells you to ‘live with it’ and he doesn’t give any proper instruction, suggestions or any guidance. Being misdiagnosed serval times from Quek and having him ‘forget’ to follow up or forward requisitions to specialized doctors is a common excuse and not at all acceptable.
It saddens me to write this as my family and I have been seeing him since the 90’s.

Excellent doctor! My family is going on 19 years with this doctor, recently a surgeon I was referred to said "You have a very good doctor, who's your doctor?" The reason was I had enquired about medication for my issue but he said no they won't help whereas friends of mine have been prescribed multiple pills for the same issue. None of which are really helping them. So, if a surgeon says you have a very good doctor, that really means something! We hope Dr Quek never retires!!

Great and very knowledgeable, helped me through my pregnancies, and now see all my kids over the last 20 year's. He's spends time to listen and go over issues without judgment. He's helped my family and myself through all situations. He's worth the wait to see him.

this clinic used to be very nice. the doctors used to take time. now they rush rush rush. I know they are busy but so am I.
one lady that worked at the front for ever (don't know her name) always had purple bangs. She was GREAT always took time to to talk to patients and explain things if they did not understand. She help me many times and I herd her talking the same way to other patients. She always said I am sorry he is so behind. I think she was too nice for that clinic. Hope she is at a better clinic. when she left and the tall one is that has been there for ever (Marilyn) is even ruder now then ever. she says he is behind sit down and wait or rebook. can tell she does not care. She is there for the $$ I will be like many other people and leaving.

Dr. Quek has been my Dr. for over 20 years and has always been excellent to deal with and very helpful. I would recommend him to anyone as very personable and very knowledgeable when it comes to health issues. He definitely is not a pill pusher and makes sure he understands your problems before prescribing or diagnosing your problem.

This used to be a good Dr. I don't know why he has changed into a rude un helpful Dr. I myself like the last review have been asked in a very rude manner if I was listening to him . I am done with this doctor for good !! i think my family is not the only one looking for a better Dr. As his office used to be way busier . No compassion at all !!

The staff have more personality than Dr. Quek. He's asked my mother if she's listening to him several times while I was just sitting there for a prescription. He's an impossible doctor and refuses to actually listen for the real problems. He'd push pills towards you rather than try to treat your issues.

Dr Quek has been my family doctor for the past 26 years and has been extremely helpful as a medical professional and as a person you can trust for advice. He takes the time to listen and understand whats going on prior to diagnosis and is extremely gentle. Prior to travelling I had gone for a checkup to ensure I was fine to go abroad and Dr Quek had offered advice on specific medications and other measures that can help someone while travelling (traveler's sicknesses). Overall he has been a great GP for my family and myself, I've never hesitated to seek help or advice from him for anything.
