My husband and I have been going to Dr. Richardson for years. We have always found him to be professional. We do appreciate his sense of humour; to us it is a kind gesture when you are unwell!!

Extremely good doctor!!! Soooo happy and thankful to have him as our family doctor for many years. There’s usually a 2 week wait— though if emergency he’s known to squeeze in people when possible. But with how good he is and how many patients he has, it’s fair to expect a minimum 2 week wait, there are only so many hours in a day.

I LOVE that when our appointment is he is on time! No waiting half hour for the doctor to get there. He does expect that from his patients but if your running a bit behind and call ahead of time they’re usually fairly accommodating. Even if it is only by 2 minutes. All in all super impressed by his service and knowledge

Dr. Richardson is an extremely knowledgeable and friendly MD with a great manner with patients. Has an excellent network of referral specialists. Extremely punctual (and expects same respect from his patients! Don't be late!) Feel very fortunate to have such a great family physician. His staff in this clinic are also first class - very helpful and accommodating.
