I could not be more pleased with how my operation turned out! I am overjoyed with the results of my surgery because Dr. Ledding helped me select the procedure that would be most appropriate for my body and my goals. I was very anxious regarding the procedure, but Dr. Ledding and his assistant Gee were very compassionate, upbeat, and helpful in reducing my stress and fear. I chose to have a fat-transfer, breast lift with multiple fat donor locations, which greatly slimmed my overall appearance and emphasized my lift. My body is better than it was before I had the baby.Would definitely recommend Dr. Ledding to anyone looking.

Precise & caring. Excellent pre & post surgery care & follow up from Dr. Ledding & the office staff.
This was my 2nd time having a breast reduction, from my 1st consultation with Dr. Ledding, my spouse could see the difference in my comfort level & how impressed I was with his knowledge & the way the support staff help you prep. I was given prep sheets well beforehand so I knew what to expect/how to prepare for both pre & post procedure. These alone made a huge difference. The results are also night & day from the 1st time I had the surgery. Dr. Ledding was much more thorough in explaining everything & I finally feel like myself in my body. I am so happy with the results, & the post surgery care has been top notch, from the kindness in his office to the instructions for scar tissue reduction.
100% recommend, will absolutely go back in the future for procedures.

I had an Outstanding experience with Dr. Ledding. I had my breast augmentation and tummy tuck everything went smoothly, I’m 7 weeks post and love my results, and I’m in love with my body, thanks to Dr. Ledding. I had 2 consultations with him before booking the surgery, and I never had to wait more than a few minutes when I arrived for an appointment. He is an excellent surgeon, and I have to say I disagree with the last review. The staff are always helpful and kind. Gee is always very professional and very caring. Dr. Ledding is lucky to have her. Also, she is lovely to speak with at every appointment. I would recommend Dr. Ledding to my friends and family.

In many ways, my experience was great. As a doctor, he seemed to know what he was doing—very business-like, clear, and efficient. See the other reviews. Surgery went well, and the results are what I expected.

But the office staff was often difficult to deal with: it’s true what the other reviewers say: they’re extremely friendly and personable…but there’s this weird “toe the line” thing that seemed to go on if I pushed back (gently and politely, I promise!) on something. A couple examples:

One: A female staff member (who was in the room to assist a post-op assessment) gushed and gushed about the results. Side note: there had been a small issue that affected the results, and I felt like her comments about “perfection” were trying to head me off from bringing up the issue for further discussion. She then made a mildly underhanded comment about potential scarring. I was a little taken aback by it as it was out of ordinary for her to be the one mentioning it as she was not the doctor or a nurse, but sure enough, she followed that up quickly with a comment about the product that would help with that. It was an upsell. In the room, and when she showed me to the front desk, she strongly, repeatedly implied that this product was assumed, recommended, or even ordered by the doctor. (He was not around for either of these conversations and in fact had briefly mentioned something else as an optional product.) The way she phrased it made it seem like I had no choice and that this was part of my treatment plan. I finally asked something like, “but it’s optional, right?” and she admitted it was, then drilled down and said that it was the best product out there and implied it would be the only thing to truly help with otherwise hideous scarring. It was over $200 for a tiny bottle, by the way— some luxury skin care item.

Two: the woman who handled most appointments was lovely…unless I asked a follow-up question or hesitated to agree to something. I have an unusual work schedule/time off procedure and asked for appointments as close to the end of my work day as possible. “No, because your appointment might be quick, and you wouldn’t want to wait here for an hour.” (First, that doesn’t make sense but) yes, ma’am, I would certainly like that better than changing my entire work schedule. “You have to understand it’s normal for people to take time off for a doctor’s appointment.” Yes, and if needed I would, but I had only been asking what the latest available appointment in the day was, as the office is open later than my work day, and she refused to tell me.
There were also two times when she swore I was wrong about a booked appointment. I make excellent notes in my phone about appointments, what’s discussed, plans, etc. and had logged very specific details about these two booked appointments while in the middle of making them with her, but she just would not believe me.
“Well if you had been standing at my desk writing that down, you would not have written it down because we don’t make appointments like that.” So bewildering. I was never antagonistic or rude, but it seemed like all that it took to escalate her was not immediately submitting to her/her view of events. I’ve even waited to post this review until after my final appointment because I genuinely think she might retaliate in some small, officey way.

To sum up: Surgery, great. Administration of surgery— meh but it won’t be a problem if you float along with the culture of the office.

Love the doctor, top-notch professionalism and knows his stuff. Patient, caring, and very personable, but his receptionist needs a wake-up call. Telling people they can’t take Tylenol because “it has some aspirin in it” is wrong. Her personal choices for pain relief are not at issue and aren’t something to be discussed when calling the patients to discuss pending surgery.

Dr. Ledding is a consummate professional in every aspect. He never rushes consultations, explains all aspects of a procedure and partners with you as the patient to allow you to be part of the decision making. And, damn, he’s an amazing surgeon. What a result!

My first experience was terrific, I had a reduction about 6 years ago.
I went for a consult in regards to Botox and fillers this year and he has changed. His bedside manner sucks. He was training a new employee who was beautiful and it appeared he was showing off. Super overpriced.
That being said…he is good at his craft.

I feel very fortunate to have found Dr. Ledding. He did my tummy tuck a couple of months. I am extremely happy with my results. He is exceptional at his craft and his staff is excellent. The results are amazing. I would recommend his practice

June of 2022 I underwent breast reduction and abdominoplasty surgery. I am a 5ft 0in woman and have always had larger breasts since my teenage years. In my early 20's I had 3 big babies all over 8 or 9lbs. My breasts got larger yet after my childbearing years, causing more discomfort, despite my efforts to follow good lifestyle habits. My belly was never coming back from carrying 3 big babies and going through 3 c-sections. I went for a consult to have a breast reduction and ended up deciding abdominoplasty would help to complete my look and solidify my confidence in my body.

Dr. Ledding strives for perfection, he is a master at his craft and he does not allow any detail to fall to the wayside. You can expect intensive aftercare follow-up to ensure proper healing. Should you encounter an issue his staff will help ensure that Dr. Ledding sees you as soon as its possible to reassure you and ease your thoughts throughout your healing journey.

I was very worried about undergoing such an invasive surgery, but because Dr. Ledding is so detail oriented, my mind was put at ease and I believed that I was in the right hands if I wanted to go through with these procedures.

Now that it's over I have had zero regrets. I am so happy I decided to do both the breast reduction and abdominoplasty. I am still absolutely in love with the results. Words cannot describe the feeling of what it is like to be living in the body that I always envisioned for myself. Thank you Dr. Ledding for helping achieve this goal safely and successfully.

Went to see Dr. Ledding for a little lipo. Turns out that his pre-OP tests have saved my life. I was able to get a diagnosis on something known as a silent killer (no symptoms and lethal if left unchecked) which now I can get the care I need. Oh ya, and the lipo went well and I look great. Dr Ledding is not only great at what he does, but also a very nice person. His staff is outstanding.
