Dr. Pondt is the best doctor that I have EVER visited. After 1 visit she became my PCP. She was with me when I went through the passing of my dad. I developed anxiety and did not know what I was experiencing and went to her in a panic. She performed the most thorough evaluation I have ever seen a doctor do instead of saying its all in your head. She listened to all of my concerns and performed any and every evaluation she deemed necessary. She listened and genuinely care. She cared about me as a person, cared about my emotions, and gives amazing advice. She makes doctors visits seem so comfortable like you're visiting family and she is extremely professional, calm, and extremely knowledgeable. You can tell she knows her stuff down to a science. She remembers things about you and is very personable! I look forward to my annual check ups because of her. I will never forget her concern, advice, jokes, conversation, and level of care for me not only as a patient but a human! I absolutely LOVE HER! I feel comfortable with her decisions and have followed her way from Windrose to Binz street and make the drive downtown for every doctors visit because she is the only doctor I fully trust. STOP searching for a PCP and GO TO DOCTOR PONDT! It will be the best decision for your health that you can make!

I called Dr. Pondt's office and asked for a virtual visit to be scheduled as soon as possible. My insurance was confirmed, visit scheduled, and link sent within 30 minutes. The visit was scheduled for 3PM. I logged in 10 minutes early just in case. Dr. Pondt was prompt and attentive to my needs. She listened as I explained my symptoms and very thorough in her diagnosis.

I always enjoy my office visits. Dr. Pondt and staff are always pleasant and very professional. I'm so comfortable with Dr. Pondt because she's a very good listener, and willing to listen to your questions. I could have found a better doctor. I really love my visits keep up the good work.

Came in for a COVID Test. Was treated very well. Staff and Dr. Pondt had great manners and almost made me comfortable enough to lower my heart rate. (I’m secretly terrified of Hospitals.) Thanks guys for all you do and the manner in which you do it. 😊

I have been a patient for a few years. Dr. Pond has an excellent bed side manner, she is compassionate, caring and knowledgeable. Her staff is courteous and attentive and I appreciate that am able to be seen the same day if I need to. Overall excellent in all aspects.
