I went to Dr. Mikail for the first time today. It took about an hour in/out the door which is pretty good because I came for the walk-in. Dr. Mikail was very helpful and made me feel very comfortable. There was only 1 staff working while I was there and she was extremely helpful and friendly. I don't blame her for putting people on hold or having to wait, it was quite busy and she was working very hard. I will be happy to continue seeing Dr. Mikail.

The staff is very lazy. Never answer calls and then when they do, they put you on hold. I needed a special form filled out for my medication and it took the doctor almost 1 week to fill it out...a 1 minute job!

she is the only doctor that actually really helps. I've been to many clinics and they have not done anything. The staff at the clinic is very helpful, friendly, and nice.

Dr. Mikail is a very personable doctor. She does not hesitate to send you for further testing and get to the bottom of things. She does not hand out pills like candy which is good because she doesn't believe in masking the problem she wants to get to the bottom of things. I can not say enough about how great this doctor is. She really cares about her patients. She is a straight shooter and doesn't mess around. Her staff are good, (only problem) is sometimes their english is hard to understand. Dr. Mikail is also very punctual which is nice because my time is worth money as well. If you are looking for a great doctor who isn't a pill pusher then she is the one. I really can't say enough good things about her.
