I have waited multiple times, usually an 1 and 20mins to see Dr.Mikail even when you have an appointment is ridiculous. I am currently looking for a new family doctor.

She always ask questions of how i'm doing in university and what's going on in my life. It seems like she sincerely cares about me as a patient.

I've been seeing Dr. Mikail for 3 years now. She is not very punctual but I never had to stay more than an hour and half unlike some of the other comments. But I really don't mind the wait since as soon as she walks in it seems like you are the only patient and she gives you all the time and attention you need. I have moved from Mississauga but I still drive 45 minutes from Markham to Mississauga because I don't want to change my family doctor.

This doctor has to be the worst doctor out there. She doesn't take the time to understand and diagnose patients properly. The wait times are horrible, like a few of the others I have had to wait for more than two sometimes three hours for booked appointments. I've had to book days off work for simple check-ups. She over looked a huge issue and if I didn't change the doctor I would be very sick today.

Worst doctor I have ever met. I felt that she cared more about making money then helping me. Even if you have an appointment, be prepared to wait 2 hours. I waited 3 hours when I had booked my physical! Look elsewhere!

The wait times are horrendous - I've waited on average 2-3 hours and that's WITH appointment. She takes walk in patients too so appointments are basically meaningless. But she does take her time with patients which is probably contributes to the ridiculous wait times and she is nice and knowledgeable and a sincere person. The staff are so-so, there's one in particular that is extremely rude to everybody. The clinic itself is filthy. The washroom is literally worse than a gas station for cleanliness and that is NO exaggeration. So...nice/average doctor but not so extraordinary that I'd insist on keeping her as a family physician if I could find one with more reasonable wait times.

I had been going to Dr.Mikail for about 2 years, everytime I had a doctor's appointment I waited over 2hrs and came out very frusterated. I feel she takes too many patients and does not spend enough time with each patient to understand what the reason for their visits may be. Recently, had been diagnosed with a condition that I feel Dr.Mikail overlooked and did not think was very important at the time. She was not very helpful but she is a good person....needs to listen to her patients.

She works out of a walk-in clinic. Went there 3 times at 9am for an appointment, all three times she was late. One time she didn't show up until 10am and didn't see me until 10:30am. I was the first one there. Staff booking appointments constantly lies to patients stating 30 min wait time when I had been there for over an hour. The centre itself isn't very clean either.

Great person, however VERY LONG wait times. Count on waiting several hours for your appointment, however getting to deal with a great person. Listens to what you need. Will give you anything that you require. Also religious and family oriented.

Very good doctor, she takes real interest in the patient. She makes you feel like you are in charge of your health by listening to your concerns and by taking your simptmos seriosly. The office staf can be a little more respecfull and less indiferent. The waiting time is 1 hour 45 mimutes with an appointment and 2 1/2 hour in the walking clinic. She is very good doctor but she always is over booked.
