I have been to a few dentists. Dr. Tamininen is the best professional yet casual in his approach. Best work I have ever experienced from a dentist. Practical, no-nonsense approach. I have never had a problem with his work and as a bonus, he has a good sense of humor and is a likable person.

You couldn't pay me to go there again. Rude, surly, impatient, snarly with the staff, botched a filling. My partner and I have both had work done poorly by this office. Time to retire

Best dentist I know. Very helpful for our whole family. Even helpful for our autistic daughter who had major issues when she was younger with being able to sit still to have work done. I would highly recommend him for anyone.

Dr. T. has been my dentist forever. BEST EVER in my lifetime experience. He is so competent and kind. He has been able to help me retain my own teeth, even considering gum loss, oral cancer, et. If he ever moves...I'm going with him!

Dr. Tamminen is the most knowledgeable and competent dentist that I have ever seen. He give good explanations and offers choices based on cost and outcomes. I have recommended him to other people and will continue to do so. Edna is charming and she keeps him to schedule. They are lucky to have each other and I am a fortunate patient.

I am terrified of dentists had some really bad experiences but Dr. Tamminen is very gentle despite his big hands, kind always asking if you are OK. He is always trying to take your mind of what he is doing but explains what is happening. He really knows what he is doing even when things get complicated. I would and have recommended him to friends and family.

Though a bit of a character (likes to joke around) he's a very competent and knowledgeable dentist. Dr. Tamminen has a lot of experience for a general dentist -- including practice with complex oral surgical procedures, which not many general dentists have. That being said, he is relatively conservative in his recommendations, meaning he does not push expensive procedures unnecessarily. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Tamminen.

The worse dentist I have ever had! Tamminen used the biggest, rugged, course grinder I have ever experienced. He held my neck a certain way and actually slammed my brain from side to side inside my skull. He had other clients waiting in other chairs so this big grinder was to quickly grind your teeth down so he could get on to the next client. He ground off a big chunk of my tooth to the root, causing me to lose that tooth he tried to patch up twice. The root got infected and I had to go on amoxicillin twice. While he used this big grinder, his wrist knocked out my front crown and eye tooth and I am lost the one eye tooth and now I am losing the other side eye tooth. The grinder caused me to get a concussion that has caused permanent brain damage and a class action lawsuit is underway. After I complained after numerous appointments for his rush job mess ups, I shouldn’t have gone back. He injected me with a brown liquid in the syringe on October 26th, and said it was freezing, and I didn’t get frozen at all, but 3 days later I came down with such a bad flu, I was sick for 6 weeks after. This Ex military of a hack dentist, people should stay away from. He isn’t playing with a full deck.
