Very unhappy w Dr. Shaughnessy at AZ Digestive Health. Saw doctor 3 times. The second time he recommended an OTC medication. The next visit I told him how that medicine had no benefit to me & actually had negative side effects. Doctor didn't really listen to what I had to say or seem to care. He shuffled me out the door & have me 2 Rx medication samples to try. After both medications failed & also had negative side effects, I called & told this to Dr. Shaughnessy's MA. She spoke to him & he told her to tell me to go on the OTC he told me to go on the LAST time! Did h not listen to how I told him it have NO BENEFIT? Or did he plain not care? Just like he didn't care when I had tears in my eyes that my stomach conditions were ruining my life. Two huge thumbs down!

Very thoughrough and friendly. He's been great to me over the years and he has great bedside manner for what can sometimes be an uncomfortable conversation.
