I love dr fallis he is the guy ti see if you are sick and can't figure out why he will go out of his way to find out and years ago when I had my daughter he gave me a book he wrote he's the baby whisperer

This doctor helped me through the hardest time in my life, he was absolutely a gem to deal with. He did not judge, did not punish, he simply listened, tried what he knew professionally to work, and let you go at your own pace. I couldn't be more satisfied with the treatment I received from him. He is a amazing person and an even better doctor. Good doctors are rare, doctors like Dr. Fallis, are even rarer.

The most wonderful, kind, caring Doctor I have ever had, He was my family physician from the day he started to the day he finished. I miss him greatly, have never found anyone to match him, we lost a lot when he left his practice.

Dr.Robert fallis is the main reason i am still alive today when i came to him foe help i was in real bad shape he soon made me realize theres a better way to live life. i have been with him for about 10 years.Dr fallis helped me along the path of recovery i came from a homeless man to aself employed businessman working hard because he showed me theres a better way then useing drugs i been clean of all drugs todate thanks to Dr fallis.i william denne have a great life and a family loven life i would recommend him to every one. when i hear DrFallis i think of honest,helpfull,careing,funny,smart,all around great Doctor to have on your side.

Dr Fallis supported my 2year treatment offering knowledge, support and guidance resulting in a successful journey. I will always be grateful for his compassion and his professionalism. Dr Fallis was a fair doctor but always ensured I understood my treatment and results was my responsibility. With addiction treatment, I found I needed a doctor who had compassion but was firm is his process.
In the beginning of my treatment, I required an accommodation to pick up my daily dose in downtown Toronto due to my work and commute from Hamilton. Dr Fallis and his team always ensured I was taken care, which meant the world when working and staying focused on my journey. I also traveled across the country on a biweekly basis and required travel documents when bringing my dose along. I always had a letter and his support which never halted my work.

Dr. Fallis is the real deal when it comes to recovery, I will forever be grateful to him and his team.

Couple staff members at Segue said they’d choose him if a family member needed the kind of care he provides over the other 6 or so docs in the practice (for what that’s worth). I’ve been a patient of his for nearly 4 years and he’s always fair, reasonable, willing to help, current on the industry peripherals, trustworthy and patient. I don’t. Think there’s been a single mistake on his part the entire time, he’s definitely thorough and organized. I find that he uses his discretion very appropriately, meaning he won’t let you get away with blatant disregard for program boundaries however he will work with you on certain exceptions and ‘cut the odd break’ so to speak. I’ve considered leaving Segue for other reasons, mostly geographic, but my relationship with Dr Fallis is what ultimately makes me stay every time. I used to drive 45 minutes each way to come and see him every week.

Dr. Fallis is a great man. He cares about you! Segue Clinic changed my life, a long time ago, when I asked to be saved. Dr. Fallis is a smart man; he has written books, and traveled across Canada to put down roots.. You can talk to him about anything - even movies! Without Dr. Fallis & his wonderful staff, where would many of us be? At a time like this, it is crucial to have support and the ladies & doctors at Segue make sure of that. Thank you! :)

Dr.Robert Fallis has changed my life!! I am sober, I 100% Owe this to Dr FALLIS. He is the greatest. Dr Fallis is the definition of a GREAT Dr. I am so Greatful for Dr Fallis. I think if I didn't have his support I don't know if I would be writing this review? Dr.Fallis saves lives,he gives you hope and he doesn't let you down no matter how much you let yourself down on the rd to recovery. This is a review and I know that if you get the privilege to be his patient great things will happen I know that he is not your average "Addiction" Dr. I wish I could rate him 100/100 because Dr Fallis is the BEST the GREATEST DR EVER HE MAKES A DIFFERENCE HE CHANGES LIVES HE CARES AND IM EXTREMELY HAPPY DR FALLIS YOUR Excellent!!!

Dr Fallis has been my drug addiction doctor for 7 years. I have been clean all 7 years and have followed Dr fallis and his excellent staffs addvice and direction. I now have complete control of my life again everybody i lost is now back in my life and soon my son because of the segue clinic. To others i say if you have an addiction to opioids or any other drug they will help you if you're serious and want a second chance its there for you just waiting. Dr Fallis saved my life and i cant thank him enough for my second chance at life. Dr fallis have helped with my son, help me find at GP Doctor, my license, and my family all see me again, basically i got my life back that i had lost. Thank you Dr fallis for your kindness and caring for me when i was sick and everything else you helped with. You and your staff make a difference in the niagara region.
