She is smart, understanding and on point with pain and does not hesitate to refer

Doctor Benz is much more concerned with clearing you off of L & I than with your treatment or relief of symptoms, i.e. pain. If I didn't know better I would have thought that she worked for the Dept. of Labor & Industries. She is a very pushy individual, talking over you and seeming to ignore half of what you say and leaving the room repeatedly during your (brief) visit.
