Found Dr. Cooper to be very knowledgeable and friendly. He always explains things in layman's terms so that patients can easily understand.

This doctor is a joke, he spends way too much time talking to his patients over actually doing his job, I had an appt at 10am didn’t get seen until an hour and 15 mins after my appt time, if you want to be at the eye doctors office literally all day be my guest and come here, so incredibly rude and inconsiderate, the receptionist is great, very sweet. The doctor clearly doesn’t care about other peoples time and only his time.

I scheduled an appointment and went and the receptionist said that she didn't know what happened, I was in the system but the appointment was scheduled wrong. Inconvenient, incompetent and idiotic staff. The Dr just said, "oh well, reschedule. "

the last time i visited the doctor, i had my VERY MOBILE baby with me. there was no place for me to keep her out of the way, and since dr. cooper didn't want her getting into things, i basically told him the only way i could get her to sit still is if i breastfed her. he didn't even blink, but just politely asked one of his staff members to sit in the room with us while he did the eye exam. i nursed my baby, he checked my eyes, and i left (albeit MUCH later than i wanted because his office is ALWAYS running WAY late ARGH!). the only negative thing i'd have to say about this clinic is just their punctuality, but otherwise i've been a happy customer. the way he treated me during that last exam, with my nursing baby between us, was wonderful. thank you, dr. cooper!

The staff is rude, unprofessional. appearance is everything. The Dr charged me 90 dollars to give a prescription for my irritated eye that was caused by him giving me wrong size of contacts that literately scratched up my corneas, so bad I had to go see an eye specialist.

Dr. Cooper insisted that I not use colored contact lenses anymore because they are supposedly terrible for my eyes. When he talked me into changing my lenses he had me try out a new pair for about a week. I went back within two days complaining that everything is blury. Long story short, he pretty much called me a liar saying that the current colored lenses I had, there was no way I could see out of them. Well I've been wearing them since then and I see perfectly fine. I was/am so displeased with him I have yet to go in a pick up my prescription.
