Dr. Buchanan and his staff are the BEST! I have felt nothing but completely at home there, and feel like I'm their number one patient every time I walk in the door. Dr. Buchanan is very friendly and easy to connect with, and *really* knows his stuff when it comes to what's going to best beautify my smile. His staff are professional and super warm and friendly. They truly set the standard for what any type of doctor's office should be like. :-)

He lives up to his name; sweet! He is very experienced and has a great staff. Everyone I know sends their children to him. My son's teeth were a mess and now he looks great. I highly recommend this doctor.

Dr. Sweetman treated me from third grade to college and is now treating my sister. His staff is kind and knowledgeable. Dr. Sweetman definitely knows what he is doing and is always answers any questions or addresses concerns. He doesn't put braces on a kid just to appease them or their parents like some other orthodontists in Denton... he actually puts them on when you actually need them. He is accommodating with payments.

If you had seen my teeth before braces, you would be amazed with what Dr. Sweetman can do. He is excellent at what he does and so knowledgeable! Also, he is very detail-oriented, and he will not let anything slide by. I am older than his usual clientele, and I have never felt uncomfortable in there (unlike the bad feeling I got about the other orthodontist who I visited when trying to pick one--the other one made me feel ugly and inferior--I walked out in tears). He is good with younger patients as well, from what I have seen. His assistants are all great and friendly. The whole office has a very good feel to it, and his payment plans are reasonable. He always informs me about where we are in the treatment and what he is doing to my teeth. Oh, he is also good about keeping you stocked on supplies, which is great because I have heard that some orthodontists are not so helpful in that regard. If you are looking for an orthodontist in the Denton area, I definitely recommend Dr. Sweetman!
