I want to express my gratitude to Dr. Todd Remington and his staff.
Dr. Todd Remington was recommended to me by my dermatologist and
I’ve gone to him for a non-surgical skin cosmetic treatment… I have an autoimmune condition that disfigured my face by completely denting one side of my cheek. When I walked into this clinic I instantly felt like a VIP patient. Dr. Todd Remington, his father, and the whole staff were absolutely incredible. Dr. Todd R. was very attentive and honest, his experience, professionalism and knowledge is unsurpassed. What really stayed with me was his compassion. He could not understand why Alberta would not cover my very expensive and extended treatment. Hence, the reason I was able to get my treatment done… it was all because this amazing Doctor decided not to charge me for any of his work excluding the expense of the products used (the treatment lasted an entire year and required a lot of filler). As if that wasn't enough, every morning he would come into the clinic before opening hours just so he could take time with my treatment due to the possible complications. Who does that for a complete stranger? This Doctor and his people gave me back my life and my confidence. I don't have enough words to express how grateful I truly am.

I credit Dr Remminton for quite possibly saving my life. I went in for one thing, but he wanted to remove a skin tag I'd had for years. It turned out to be malignant melanoma. All of his staff reflect his high standards.

Dr. Remington is kind and knowledgeable. He corrected some issues caused by another injector (who was not a dermatologist). He is the only person I will trust with my face.

Beware what this office charges you. Makes inquiries up front even if you received treatment before. This office charged me $75 for a procedure to remove lesions that I received twice before and it was covered by Alberta health. They offered no explanation for why I was now charged $75 for the same procedure received twice previously and covered by AHS. When I inquired, and stated I had not been charged before, the staff was condescending and did not answer the question. told me to "have a nice day" for an answer and walked away.

Dr T Remington was knowledgeable, professional and extremely attentive. He takes the time to explain his reasoning when evaluating your skin and was very compassionate when talking about my skin cancer. The staff are amazing and i've always felt valued when entering the clinic. Very well run practice Loved the referal to Dr Hackett as well.
