Anthem
I have never experienced such utter disregard for pateints than at West Penn ICU with Dr. Hansen. I feel like he feels he can do anything since most of his patients are intubated and sedated and complex so that no one else knows exactly what they are doing. He never explained anything to us. Terrible bedside manner. Hope you never have an emergency where you will end up in his ICU - as you probably won't make it out alive.
