Dr. Pickens treated my Mother about 20 years ago, and he was then and is apparently still AWESOME. He was excellent with my Mother, took the time to explain things to her AND to myself as well. Very bright, very caring, made a very difficult journey for her as good as it ever could have been. He helped me through it as well. As you can see I still remember him and the care he took of my best friend.

Very caring and thorough. Goes the extra distance to investigate all aspects of your health. He was the only doctor among many that I saw who identified key dietary needs after an operation.

Dr. Pickens, a Hemotologist/Oncologist, is a fine doctor. When to him back in 1993 for Hodgkins Disease. It is now 2009. God Bless him. He is a great caring guy who really cares about the folks he treats.
