Dr. Krusz is an unfeeling, judgmental doctor. She fat-shamed me and blames all my health issues on my weight. When I have a question, her answer is always lose weight! She’s a typical doctor that doesn’t listen to her patients.

Went to dr krusz for a few years , she never returned my phone calls in a timely manner , just listens , gives no feedback, more like she is analyzing you than listening to your concerns .... had to find a new dr. “Who listens and is helpful!”

To sum up my feelings on you as a doctor Stephanie, I would just like to know if you enjoy having my mother’s blood on your hands? You make on average over $100,000 a year, am I right? And you deny care to my mother over a $124 bill. Now normally, that’s understandable; you aren’t there to work for free. My deep, burning anger stems from the fact that you were there for her while you diagnosed her with breast cancer. You went out of your way to be more than compassionate all of these years with her while she struggled through breast cancer, losing her grandmother and mother, getting her gaul bladder out, and your FAKE concern about her anxiety. Today, when my mother went to you and was rudely turned down because of her whopping $124 bill and you must have known you were in the wrong because you didn’t even have the respect to go talk to her to her face. You had your elderly nurse walk back and forth and talk to you for my hysterical mother that was literally begging to just talk to you. She even said she wouldn’t get a Pap smear (which she needs since my grandmother died of ovarian cancer, which you’re already aware of) or blood work (another thing I’m sure you are aware of the importance of, Stephanie.) You couldn’t even come out and talk to her face to face or even pull her out of the waiting room so she didn’t have to face the embarrassment of begging the nurse to just talk to her I’m front of everyone and trying to explain her history with you Stephanie Krusz. All over a $124 bill. Are you proud of that? Do you do that to your other patients? Do you have more blood on your hands? It seems likely since you couldn’t even come talk face to face with my mother. You are pathetic, uncompassionate, greedy, I question your moral standing and your dedication as a doctor to helping people. I hope you are ashamed of yourself. If my mother gets sick again I hope you know I almost fully blame you and would like to remind you once again, her blood WILL be on your hands Stephanie Krusz.

Sure she answers questions, then gives absolutely no information beyond that. I have found out later, a few times , that I didn't get all the facts I should have ! I suspect she has too many patients - she spends as little time as possible before rushing out the door.
The women at the desk are great but it seems even with more new office staff ,they're still overwhelmed.

Dr Krusz has been my doctor for over 14 years and she has always been very attentive. She ALWAYS follows up with my test results whether it be an MRI or Blood Work. Very pleasant disposition. Always takes time to explain to me any problem that I may have. The office staff is outstanding. Cecelia is always so warm and friendly... sweet lady.

I have been seeing Dr. Krusz for about 18 months. The wait times are much less than most other doctors. I find her very personable and proactive. She interacts with her patients more than a lot of doctors (who rely more on the nurses). I love her! Also convenient that a small lab is on the premises.
