Sadly I think Dr. Heidary and his practice were good once upon a time. I have been noticing all the familiar faces disappearing and replaced with a mediocre at best team.
The last year I have been disappointed on many occasions as has my entire family, and friends we have referred there. Not sure what is going on , but after having time to stop and think for the last few months, we will not be returning as a family and several others I have spoken to feel the same. This is super sad as it was once “ the best office “ ever! Over the last year of being present in the office on many occasions with my kids , I constantly hear staff members bickering, employees getting reprimanded by management, and my son heard a conversation of an inappropriate sexual nature at his last appointment .Also I feel the dentistry is sometimes rushed and not the same care and attention that once was synonymous with this office. Honestly I do not know what has happened and it is uncomfortable so why not make a change.
I’m not a person who typically writes reviews but this has been weighing on me for some time. I have spoke with several friends, family and neighbours who go to this office and the concerns I am feeling are shared with many others.
I feel a review system should reflect the good, the bad and the ugly. But it seems only glowing reviews are ever available to read. No one is always perfect and I didn’t mind paying above the fee guide for the impeccable experience we use to get. Now I wouldn’t give them 1 star.
I came on here to find a new dentist for my family and felt compelled to share my experience.
