I love this doctor! Bless his big heart. He is truly fulfilling his calling. He wants to help and takes his time to discuss concerns. Would definitely recommend him!

Faustino acts as if he is the doctor and tells you what is wrong with you meaning he diagnosis you.Also you rarely see Dr.Julio C. Olivieri and when you ask to see him or speak with him Faustino tells you no that you may not talk to him and when you make an appointment you have to wait 1-2 hours to be seen before he sees you.And then he doesn't discuss your condition he talks about other things other than your ailments.Also the office is very nasty unclean they have a microwave in the same room as the triage room.They ( office staff particularly Faustino discusses your medical issues with other patients which is against HIPA LAWS.Very Unprofessional I wouldn't recommend anyone here to be seen by this doctor.Also if you get sick in between appointments you can't be seen again until your next appointment and if you ask they threaten to not be your doctor anymore at all.

Horrible office, staff and attitudes!! If u want to be seen within the same day go elsewhere! Will never go there again, or recommend them to any person. Parkland er is quicker than the staff here!!
