Dr. Dearden has been my physician (as well as my husband's) for over thirty-five years. He is an excellent diagnostician and caring physician. His nurse practitioner, Ashley Pittman, is outstanding. He has closed his practice unfortunately. I dread the day he retires.

The doctor is extremely knowledgeable and has a great patient rapport. The staff is well experienced and professional. Its great to see a family work together as they do to help patients.

Don’t come here unless you’re a doctor needing to be seen! Staff will make sure doctors come first regardless of your appointment time. Facility is old and very cramped. You’ll have to ask permission to go to the bathroom if you need it and work your way past everyone in the back on the way. If you do decide to come here, the nurse practitioner is a bad choice unless you just need a band-aid.

A very good but older doctor that uses a second person (steno) in the exam room to type his notes on the computer at the expense of the patients privacy. Younger doctors enter their own notes. Nurse is old and too opinionated when alone with the patient about medical facts she knows nothing about. The NP on staff is presumptuous, not well experienced, and someone I won't see again due to her missed diagnosis. Staff (including his wife and daughter) rarely get blood draw orders to Quest on time wasting the patients time. Staff diverts office phones for two (2) hours from noon to 2pm daily while they're out to lunch. I've used this doctor for several years but now looking elsewhere.

Staff is transitioning to electronic records and doctor's orders. While Dr. Dearden is known in Fort Worth as "The Doctor's Doctor", his staff don't always get it right with the new electronic system, but they're trying.
