Emad Malak is the doctor who ended my file with Dr Aziz, see my previous post. I believe this is her husband, take note of his own ratings on here, they are 2 peas in a pod, best to avoid Montebello Medical

Dr. Aziz took a while to get used to, but she's great with my little one and very caring. I found her a bit cold when I first became her patient but she warmed up once we got to know each other well & was easier to communicate with.

I was referred as I recently moved to the community and needed a family doctor. I have had a longstanding complicated medical history with two major conditions of which she did not seem to take any interest. She was cold, uncaring, and uninterested. I found her very unprofessional, answering her phone, pulling up someone else's medical file on the computer screen in front of me and paying no attention to what I was there for. She seemed intent on getting me in and out quickly. Seems like a cash grab to me. I did not feel like I was at the Dr. but rather in a line up at an annoyed cashier. I can see why she is always taking new patients, no one wants to be her patient long. She did not take the time to take a medical history on the first or subsequent visit. I will be using a walk in clinic after this until I find another suitable doctor. One thing she might try is a genuine smile...it could go a long way in her bedside manner.

She does not have much of a personality, I guess you could say not a very good bedside manner. If she smiled a little more and tried to show she cares this would make you feel better. We keep going because of the shortage of doctors who are accepting patients. Its an unfortunate place to be in. We are hoping to find someone better in the future or maybe Doctor Aziz will improve.

Dr. Aziz is a cold and condescending woman. She has NO manners whatsoever and acts as though we're all idiots. I went to her because she was accepting new patients (as she ALWAYS is) and right off the bat she wouldn't let me talk, called me "ridiculous" and rushed me out the door with instructions to make a follow up appointment once per week. Desperate for your MSI payment much? I wasn't ill, only needed prescription refills and monitoring every 3 months or so. Follow up appointments weren't much better, she constantly interrupted me when I would try to speak and got angry that I kept asking questions. Right, because she can't POSSIBLY make a mistake ever? I still have no doctor but will continue to use the walk ins indefinitely rather than waste my time and be insulted going to see this awful woman. The only positive thing I can say is that out of 3 referrals, she managed to get 2 right away, but then forgot about the third one.

If I could put zero's in these columns I would. Dr Aziz is uncaring and insensitive. I made an appt. for my yearly female physical and she put her hand up and told me I could only talk to her about 1 issue. (apparently you need one appt. for a breast exam and a different appt. for a PAP) I had to ask her for a blood test requisition and I referral for a mammogram. (which 10 months later I am still waiting for) Overall, I would rather wait in an ER for 12 hours to get a prescription then EVER go back to that woman.

I found that she was very cold and unconcerened about my Asthma issues, never made eye contact, spent her time typing on the computer instead of listening to my concerns. I did find that she was very informative when I had female issues and directed me to my Gynocologist. She gave me good information and was more attentive. Other than that, foget it. Very bad bedside manner and she treats her staff the same. I have a coworker that sees her and she has nothing but good things to say about her. She suggests seeing her in the morning...It seems that she has a better attitude in the mornings than in the afternoons...wouldn't recommend her to anyone!

My & my husband's records were transferred to her office. Our previous Dr. (15 yrs) did not have the courtesy to let us know that she was closing her practice & forwarded our med. records to Dr. Aziz. Dr. Aziz spent more time on her computer (looking at E records) than talking to me. I finally got a new Dr. who is thorough & sent me for all kinds of tests to establish my base line. I'm a Stage IV 9 Yr. cancer survivor.
