My sister was admitted yesterday afternoon. Today he still hasn't answered the calls the nurses left. Maybe he should go back to Cairo..........

Unprofessional, rude,dirty office and restrooms, reeks if cigarettes. Office staff lies about requesting and sending records. Follow up visit, they asked if I finished antibiotics. Didn't know I had an infection, never called or knew about it. Not sure how he still has his license.

He is the absolute worst doctor I have been to and needs to have his license revoked. He is not up to date on current medications or advancements on illnesses and he has a TERRIBLE and rushed bedside manner. On top of this, his office is dirty, his staff are unprofessional and smell like cigarettes (as does he), and he will always try to squeeze every dollar out of your pocket by trying to schedule follow-ups. AVOID THIS QUACK/CROOK AT ALL COSTS. I would give him negative 5 stars if I could.

I cannot believe the way I was treated!!!! He told me what was going on with me, and as I started to express that I felt I had 2 different back pains one being more like a muscle issue and another like a kidney infection. He yelled at me said, "I can't get anything out of you" and he was just gonna send me to a specialist. His medical assistants were very sweet and more helpful than he was. His medical assistant asked the same questions and suggested he might send me for lab work that consisted of blood and urine sample. He is RUDE and unprofessional. He asked where my pain was and I showed him then he says, "I dunno kno your just pointing everywhere. I dont know whats wrong with you." I simply stood up and said, " you know what that's find your rude and I don't need your help." The back office smelt of ciggarettes and coffee. DO NOT go to this Dr. he will just waist your time.

I've already paid my bill but they are still trying to charge me for past due amounts that my insurance paid. They sent in a claim to my insurance to late and I had to pay for that visit.

I too was unfortunately transferred to his care when Dr. Sabrsula retired. Mouin Sabbagh is abrupt, rude and lacks any expression of compassion or consider to learn of patient's issues bringing them to his office. He totally disregarded my daughter's concerns about the problem she was experiencing. With me, he stated with absolute distain, "I DON'T REFER TO CHIROPRACTORS". I understand MDs often have low opinions of Chiropractors, however he could have stated it more professionally. WORST problem is his staff is just a rude and lacks the ability to complete referrals correctly. The office messed up THREE referrals for me causing major battles with insurance. I transferred to another physician after all the BAD service from the Doctor and his staff.

I am very unhappy with this doctors service!! I went back to give him a second chance, and it was no different! He acts like he could care less about with your telling him, I wouldn't trust this man with a stray dog!
