slow to respond. does not pay attention to messages or phone numbers left on there service.does no call in rx in timely way. does not return lab to us in timely way..i like dr. but poor staff

Shows no empathy. High and Mighty. doesn't listen, comes to her own conclusions regardless of symptoms. Wait times are unbearable. Takes 5 days to call you back. Acts as if your lab results even abnormal are not a big deal at all. Would never, never suggest her to anyone.

She didnt act sympathetic atnall go my problem. She ordered labs and wouldntncall me back with results. Ordered an MRI said i may have a tumor. She didntntell me results of my my mri for 5 days even though they had results the same day. When i saw her in person shentold me my body type was fine and muscular not to worry about my weight. She called back with mri results and told me i was obese. She said my testosterone levels to low and my body was converting it to estrogen so i would gain more weight. She gave me no help other than to tell me to join weight watchers. She was very un empathetic. I will never refer her to anyone.

I was hoping she could help me with my Hashimotos disease. It was very disappointing when she just explained to me what Hashimotos is. I have Hashimotos I have done my research and know what it is. She then asked what I am doing for birth control, I told her condoms because when I was on the pill if disarranged my hormones and I experienced bad side effects. She said I needed to be on birth controls because without it I could get pregnant......I was baffled, how dumb did she think I am. In the 10 years I have been having sex I have never become pregnant because I know what causes it. She was very rude and treated me like I was a child. I do not think she listens to her patients or spends much time with them.

I didn't find her to be very helpful at all. She was always way to busy, and with me anyway,never took the time. I found another doctor.

she is a very SMART , attentive, caring and kind doctor. I never had a doctor who calls and discuss my lab results. Surprisingly she was spending more than 20 minutes on my lab results on the phone with me. I recommended her to at least 5 of my family member......I love her and hope she stays in Utah.

I wanted a female doc because I felt she could understand "women" in general and what types of issues we have. Went for my thyroid. Was told I had an auto-immune disease over the phone from her MA after my lab work. MA acted like it was no big deal, said to come back for more lab work in 2 months. Was frantic for two months reading and trying to understand and educate myself about this. Went back and MA acted like she had no clue what I was there for. Failed to send my lab requests to the lab, had to jump hoops to get that done. Dr came in and said I was fine. Not to worry about this disease that it wasn't a big deal. I started to cry, she asked why I was crying in a way that was not empathetic at all. I told her I was frustrated, overwhelmed, trying to understand it. Said blood tests say I'm fine, but yet I have this disease. She asked if I was depressed. No, just fully stressed out! Bedside manner from her and MA lacking empathy and I'm not a victim role type person.

This doctor is very helpful not to mention beautiful. She helps me with my Diabetes and thyroid issues. I like her alot.
