I'm a new patient of Dr. Arora. All of the complaints here are not an exaggeration but I am there for one thing and that is my eye problem. It's not a social gathering, but a Doctors visit, and we all got to see how busy he is. My wife tried to talk me out of this Dr. because of this rating system, but his experience means a lot. I recently had laser surgery done for Glaucoma by Dr. Aroura, and I have NO complaints so far. Not talkative but professional.
I realize how important our eyes are and he's not talkative but after treating thousands of people his job can get boring, I suppose.

The last review is funny. We left there as patients recently. Best decision. Take my advice LEAVE. They answer questions, phones and care about you.

Have been a patient of Dr. Arora for many years. His staff are always polite and helpful and I have overheard several times when patients have been rude to the staff and they handled it professionally. I Wish they had more parking spaces. I did miss some appointments during Covid even though I have a history of eye troubles, and the reason I am still his patient is because I feel safe in his care.

If you want to go to the farm than you found the right office. The place is dirty and people everywhere. The doctors and staff are impatient and not polite. They actually don’t speak. One does more than the other if you get him not in a mood. I found a new doctor to treat my condition.

Herds of cattle at this office. They treat you that way too. You have to see it to believe it. You’re a number not a patient there. If you don’t talk and keep the cattle moving the doc is pleasant but dare you ask any questions.

I asked about my picture of my eye that I paid for and all I got was a short answer it’s bad. They have no problem talking about fees but as soon as you ask about your condition you get the cold shoulder. I will be leaving this office because it’s my eyes and what’s happening to me. I will find someone that at least will tell me what’s happening and not just about fees I need to pay. There should be someone to come in to this office and see what’s going on.

Dirty place with overloading amounts of people. He should wear a mask if he expects patients to wear them. There is no reason that he should be walking through with no mask. He looks burned out and mad at every visit.

If there was a negative number that's what I would rate both eye doctors. Go somewhere else. You will see a difference.
