What an absolute joke!The most pathetic Drs office including Dr Jacqueline Del Valle I've ever been to. Ive been suffering from the most horrifying pain condition for almost 4 years and the office made a mix up with my insurance and they don't take it anymore (they did when i made my appt a few weeks ago) They wanted to charge me $350. This doctor wouldn't spend the time to talk to me for 2 minutes. No compassion whatsoever. Dr Jacqueline Del Valle is inhumane and a despicable human being!!!!!!

dont know why previous ratings are so negative but she really did a thoro workup on me and get me better with my pain. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

She is just awful. Avoid her like the plague. Unless, of course, you enjoy snide remarks about your previous medical care, a doctor who can't get the physicians that you see correct in her reports, and a woman who makes up things about you because she didn't pay attention writing her reports. Understandable though. It must be hard to hear someone when you have your head that far up your own bum.

My husband had an appointment and the doctor never showed up or called to cancel. The office first said they had the wrong number then another one said they called to cancel.

She targeted the source of my pain. She treated my back pain with epidurals but only after careful review of my MRI, any tests, lifestyle. She is on time, efficient, and handles her staff with professionalism. I rely on her for ongoing relief of my back pain and have no qualms recommending her to anyone with a similar condition.

Denied pain medication. Was told my pharmacist called her to say pain meds cause suicide. Pharmacist never called her. Unable to afford expensive treatments offered. Got no help whatsoever!
