She was the only doctor who was able to heal my son after 4 long years!

My son was suffering from bad eczema I didn’t know what to at this point. She did a wet wrap treatment for my son when he was 10 months old. His eczema is now under control. She took great care of him. She’s amazing

Great Dr, great clinic staff. Only criticism is the hours and that nobody ever answers the phones. You have to leave a message and hope you're not busy when they call back.

Dr. Fiorillo is amazing. I have suffered for over 8 years with a burning , red skin condition on my feet and toenail fungus. I have seen many doctors for this condition and they all told me it was dermatitis and gave me different creams that only made it worse. By the time I saw Dr Fiorillo my feet had sores and were scaly. I couldn’t wear shoes or put them in warm water. And the itch was horrible. She took a scraping and found out it was fungal and gave me anti fungals and Jublia. Now 8 months later my feet are healed and the fungus is 95% gone.

Dr Fiorillo saved my grandson life. Dr Fiorillo diagnosed my grandson weeks after he was born. He was diagnosed with a rare illness. Because of Dr Fiorillo and her quick actions my handsome grandsone is alive today. I can’t say enough about this woman. It was her education her intelligence her dedication to health and life that helped save my grandsome. Dr Fiorillo was always there for us, our grandson. Thank you Dr Fiorillo for everything. This amazing young man is here today because of you.

Sad to see so many negative comments regarding this doctor. She is wonderful!! To start, I was referred by my new GP (I moved to central AB last fall) and I was surprised she even took my case. I had a previous referral from my previous GP refused by the dermatology triage in Calgary when I lived in southern AB. My appointment was for 2:50 pm. I arrived early as I had to drive in from out of town. As soon as I walked in there was a notice on the reception desk that they were running approximately 30 min behind schedule. This was no big deal for me as most doctors end up behind schedule throughout their day since they cannot predict how long each patient will take. I was called in to a room at about 3:10. Dr. Fiorillo's assistant came in about 5 min later to review my history. The doctor came in about 3:30. She took her time with me. She did not rush me as I explained my problem. She examined my skin problem and told me it was the worst case of stage 3 hidradenitis she had ever seen. Then she gave me something no doctor has been able to give me for years - she gave me hope. She told me there was a treatment that I was an ideal candidate for and she has had success with treating other patients using it. After being told last year I would need extensive surgery and skin grafts I was finally told there is another option. I would only have to go through surgery if I wanted the scar tissue removed (not the extensive procedures I was previously told I would need). Thank you Dr. Fiorillo, I will be forever grateful to you. The staff are also great! I would definitely recommend Dr, Fiorillo to anyone.

App. Was for 11 am sat for almost two and one half hrs. Dr came rushing in looked at me told the nurse to take samples and rushed out the nurse or intern came in and used a razor blade to take samples. I had to ask them to get the dr back as she didn’t even look at what I went for. I would never let her or her staff touch me again. Dr was very over booked. People coming in saying they had the same app. Time as me

At 19 I started losing my hair at a rapid rate. I was referred to dr fiorillo but had to wait over 3 weeks for an appointment. To a normal person this would seem fast to see a specialist but by the time 2 weeks was up, let alone 3, I had lost all of my hair. Devastating to a 19 year old girl to say the least. When I got in a room finally I was extremely nervous and upset. Dr fiorillo would not speak to me, only my mother, which aggravated me to no end as I was an adult and had only brought my mother for moral support. She informed me that it was my fault for waiting too long to come and see her and that because my hair had fallen out so quickly there was nothing she could do for me. She told me to get a wig and get used to it as this was going to be my life now. I left demoralized and felt like it was my fault my body had made my hair fall out. No reason. No diagnosis. Just felt numb. Fast forward 9 years of being completely bald and scared of ever seeing another dermatologist I was referred to a dr in Edmonton. He had my hair growing back in less than 2 months. He diagnosed me with alopecia universalis and told me possible reasons for the cause. I was shocked that I had been brushed off and made to spend a great deal of my adult life without hair when there had been a solution and help all along. Disgusting that dr fiorillo has no compassion. I have spoken to other women who suffer from alopecia and they have had similar results with her. I would never darken her door if my life depended on it.
