On my first visit with this dentist he told me I needed all kinds of work done on my teeth which all my life have been very healthy. For example a "root canal", a "night guard" and "braces". I decided to try another dental office for a second opinion, guess what? I needed none of that! Remember always to get a second or third opinion...might save you thousands of dollard!!

I am a regular patient at the University of Saskatchewan, College of Dentistry. I have always enjoyed the company of the Dental Students and all of the instructors are very helpful and encouraging towards them. One day I was sitting in the chair and Dr. Saganski made a comment to the Dental Student that was very inappropriate and unprofessional. I felt bad for the Dental Student because it should be a comfortable learning environment. For that reason, I must give him a very poor rating.

He has been my dentist for 20+ years and is great!! All his work is top quality, having worked in the field for a number of years myself I know a good dentist from a bad one and he is excellent. My children also see him and they have had only good experiences, once when treatment was required afer an accidental injury my son inquired when he was going to get needle which had already been given.

He seemed to contradict himself on many of my visits to him. He told me I needed to see an oral surgeon to have my wisdom teeth removed because of the blood vesel and nerve which run very close to them - something he wouldn't be able to do. He told me on my next visit that he could do it right then and there. He also wanted to remove a wisdom tooth when he wasn't even sure if that was what was causing the problem. I have always been very displeased with him AND his work. Wants you in and out of the clinic ASAP. Almost everytime I see him I have to go back so that he can correct a problem he caused. Almost seems like he causes problems when I go to see him so that I have to come back again. I have always had excellent teeth, except when I go to see him, which results in numerous visits throughout the year for problems that come out of the blue within weeks of a visit when everything was perfectly fine. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone. He is a bad dentist and very condescending.
