Dr. Hayes carefully explained my surgery before-hand. He talked to me just before the operation. He was reassuring and very easy to talk to. Results were good and I'm pleased by how the whole process went.

Very poor experience. I had a surgery with him a year ago, seemed very knowledgeable and willing to help beforehand. Ever since the surgery I have been in terrible pain and discomfort. It’s been a year now. I’ve talked to him twice since and he has no solutions and doesn’t seem willing to help. I’ve been calling his office since June trying to get him to contact me again, still haven’t heard anything almost 5 months later. Very disappointing. Wish I had never gotten the surgery

I am truly disappointed with the lack of care by this professional.

I was admitted to emergency and found out I needed to have my gallbladder stones out. Then the following day ( while I was recovering) I was advised that they would do a gallbladder removal. I never met this doctor, nor did he make efforts by any means to check in on me. I was hungry but told to hold off as surgery was to be done that day. Well that day ended up to be at midnight?!! I assumed I would recover but just hours later I was sent home. Without any regard from my doctor, no follow up to ensure my health needs were met. I had no one discuss after home care . Little did they know my husband suffered a broken shoulder, I was
Wheelchair bound, and our condo had flooded. To rush me out of the hospital was an absolute nightmare. Now I suffer from major discomfort, I feel awful and let down by the health system and this doctor.

Dr. Hayes saved my life!!! I had a septic infection from surgery with a different Dr.
Dr. Hayes left for home on a Sunday night, probably to spend the evening with his family, and he came back to the hospital to fix me up instead..... I’ll be forever grateful. Before emergency surgery, he told me what he’d be doing. I was so scared, but he made me feel at ease. He also did my colostomy reversal, very professional! Thank you Dr. Hayes!
