Waited for over an hour for appointment. She seemed very rushed for the 5 minutes I saw her and didn't have much to offer in way of treatment. Will not be going back and do not recommend.

I went to Dr Zipp 2 months ago… waited over 1 hour for a 7 min consultation. Had to Book for another appointment for a full body mole check because Dr. zipp stated she needs at least 1 hour for it. . Went last week for that appointment and waited again for 1 hour and literally she checked me in 7 min for a mole check. Not acceptable. I felt rushed in asking her my questions and felt she was also impatient. She could’ve done my mole check at my first appointment. Not much more to say but definitely she needs to work with her staff on booking her times accordingly. I will not be back!

Waits are eternal, over an hour, sometimes 90 minutes, 5 min consultation, no progress, come back in 3 months, after 2 years I gave up, take a book or iPad...

Dr. Zip is very respectful and truly takes the time with each patient. She cares! Which is so hard to find now a days.

I've been seeing Dr. Zip for several years for skin conditions. She seems a bit shy or aloof, often just standing in the doorway to talk from a distance. But I do feel that when I've had a serious issue, she has addressed it promptly and given me the time needed to explain outcomes and options. The more I've seen her, the friendlier she's becoming. Previously, before the pandemic, some of her front-end staff were very rude and abrupt, but this seems to be improving as well with new faces behind the desk, with nicer attitudes and demeanor.

Dr. Zip treated me with respect. She answered all my questions and explained what she was doing. The receptionist was kind and helpful.

She always seems impatient and in a rush. I was not satisfied with her care delivery because she made me feel like I was an inconvenience for her. It looks like she tries to squeeze in as many patients as possible just for the sake of being busy rather than making sure that patients feel safe, comfortable and respected. I recommend seeking another dermatologist who actually cares about his/her patients.
