Work comp dr. Lies and has your report already written...Dont know how he and his staff sleep at night.

Staff is rude and never return phone calls. Takes an act of God to get any refills of meds.

I'm in a workerscomp case by Amerisure. Dr. Howard was hired as a second opinion to my back injury and cronic pain. He falsified my medical record to accomodate workerscomp. thanks to Dr. Elborno good medical etics and thrue to medical facts and not money interested. he saw Dr. Howard's Horrible intentions. Dr. Howard should have his medical license revoke. A warning to all patients from this doctor who patients health is not his pasion.

very good doctor,, different injections done to find the problem. I have much relief after a long time,... the only thing is the front desk has to be a little bit more patient for a pain clinic, the nursing staff is excellent//
