Dr. Kielar performed cataract surgery on my right eye in 2013 with no complications. He was extremely thorough in his explanation on what this surgery entailed. He embodies what a patient expects from a physician: great technical expertise, compassion, and patience. I whole heartedly recommend Dr. Kielar.

Very smart doctor; knows his field, and helpful, but falls into the category of "writing random things into the file in a way that is completely unhelpful to the patient who has to live with these eyes ...". I prefer the doctors who are truly collaborative.

I have been a patient of Lexington Clinic for over four years. His bedside manner is good and you get the sense he is really knowledgeable. The on-site optical shop is extremly convenient for glasses and contact purchases. The optician there is also friendly and knowledgeable.
