Dr. Walsh was my OBGYN during my second pregnancy.
She was absolutely wonderful .
When I was on labour she was in holidays but she still showed up to be with me on her time off .
Always thankful for her .

I have nothing but great things to say about my experience through my two pregnancies, and many years of follow-up with Dr. Anne Walsh.

Dr. Walsh was by OBGYN during my first pregnancy. She was amazing, very kind, and patient. She shared with me all the required information and gave me the support I needed. I highly recommend Dr. Walsh, she is great. Thank you!

Very rushed - she seemed annoyed and irritated. Was condescending. I felt very uncomfortable.

I simply cannot say enough amazing things about Dr. Walsh. I have been seeing her for 16 years now and cannot image anyone as caring and knowledge as her. After seeing a few doctors she was the only one who took the time to truly listen and as a result saved my life. I had no idea I was a walking time bomb but Anne is incredibly smart, to the point and wasted no time ensuring I received immediate attention, because of her I am here today to raise my two amazing children. She is a hero, compassionate and has dedicated her life to helping others. Thank you Dr. Walsh

Bed side manner is not good. Always in a rush and will tell you that she has somewhere else to be...wish I was making that up. Found her condescending and rude. And dismissive of any knowledge you may have of your own body or conditions you have.
Most of all..I do not believe this doctor is able to understand and treat differences in the community she serves (minorities, women, people with chronic conditions, mental health issues) Does not consider real lived experienced. In this day and age..all doctors need to be able to work through an inclusive lens and understand that health and our experiences with health systems (including her) is shaped by systemic inequality. If that is important to you..then avoid this office.

Not respecting your time and you as a human,
She was late in the labor which I didnt mind , around 7 pm when I went to ask my nurse how long more I need to wait she was there and said” maybe I should have a little of my breakfast and then see you!!!rude! I know she was tired but her student answered you are next and was enough for me. Im so glad she is not my ob and was just meeting her as an on call dr.

Had a consultation with Dr Walsh during a NST and Ultrasound to confirm an unstable lie at 40 weeks. Ultrasound showed head down position and my partner and I were ecstatic. However, because I had an excess of amniotic fluid, the doctor used that to implement a few scare tactics of stillbirth. She wanted to induce immediately or offer an "opening" for a C section ("I have a spot open tomorrow" - as if we were booking a table at a restaurant). After 8 hours of not eating any food and having the test results, I was starving and I decided that it was safe to eat a cookie and water. This really disgruntled the doctor and felt it necessary to mark it on her report. In the end, I signed a waiver to leave the hospital without the "black and white" report which was being written for my file. We said goodbye, had a healthy, safe and natural delivery at Markham Stouffville Hospital a few days later.
