I have been a patient of Dr. Waters for quite some time. Although the doctor is usually behind on his schedule, it is because he spends an incredible amount of time with each of his patients. No matter how many patients are in the waiting room, he does not rush through his visits. He is a kind, caring and compassionate person and I feel lucky to have him as my doctor. I have never known his staff to be anything other than pleasant, professional and helpful (especially Elaine). Dr. Waters is worth the time you may have to wait to see him.

PROS: Dr. Waters is a thourogh, knowledgeable, caring doctor. CONS: Staff is God awful, screws up billings and scheduling. Lady running the office is rude and obnoxious. Dr. Waters himself spends too much time at the hospital and studying. Had to find someone else because of scarcity of availability of appointments. Older people have more time to deal with these quirks, I don't!
