I am shocked to see the critiquing negative comments re: Dr. Lacroix. I've been seeing Dr. Lacroix for years with my children and he's been consistently helpful, resourceful an knowledgeable in all areas of pediatrics.

Shows up an hour late with no remorse every time. Double books all appointments despite never being able to manage being on time for one let alone 2 at the same time. Requires a separate referral from a doctor for every concern about the same child. Advised me to find another pediatrician if I want punctual or courteous care.. so I'm definitely looking for a decent pediatrician, I'd advise you to do the same if you want punctual, reliable, or compassionate care for your little ones. And so will this poor excuse for a doctor if you ask for any common courtesy from him directly, so save your time now and get a decent doctor for your babies.

It’s quite unfortunate reading everybody else’s experience with this doctor, and realizing that mine was the same. I feel like if this doctor doesn’t like his job anymore that he should just quit or maybe switch out of peds. The word that is ringing clearly, and it was also, my experience was extremely dismissive.

Waited hours in the waiting room for him to give us 2 minutes of his time to dismiss any concerns. He was very condescending. We waited close to a year for this apt and it was a complete waste of time. Now we start the ball all over again getting another referral and doctor. He is clearly taking on too many patients that he simply cannot focus and give patients the time and understanding. We will not be back again.

He has seen my child since birth and always referred to a specialist when needed. Which has been the case several times. Sees us right away if I call and has been very punctual since covid changed waiting room practices. He is very knowledgeable and friendly and always makes us feel like we can ask questions. Carrie the receptionist is awesome! Highly recommend!

My son suffers from seizures and didn't call in prescription he said he would. Left us high and dry as it was the holidays . Had to go ER to get prescription. Back in office and has not reposponded to us still after leaving multiple messages begging to get prescription filled.

Dr Lacroix was rude and arrogant and dismissive the few times we saw him. We waited for over an hour in the waiting room only to have him come in and tell us we had 5 minutes and that’s it, he was behind schedule.
He diagnosed my daughter with ADHD and when I expressed concerns about putting her on a stimulant (she was 5!) he got angry and told me I was wasting his time and to leave. I tried to explain I just wanted to know what side effects there might be and make an educated decision but he said he didn’t have time to discuss it.

I tell anyone who mentions his name what he was like and I have had a lot of people say he was just as rude and arrogant with them. The only reason this doctor even still has any patients is because we have so few choices in this area.

Dr. Lacroix missed an issue that required surgery and a biopsy. He misdiagnosed my son for over six months before referring him to a specialist. Dr. Lacroix was arrogant and rude when dealing with us. He’s distracted, and I do not recommend.. Thankfully good biopsy news, but the next person might not be so lucky.

Office staff is always pleasant and professional.
