It is time to find a new doctor. Both my mother and I have had awful experiences in our last visits. Neither the staff nor Dr. Huber are welcoming, and after trying so hard to get an appointment much later than I hoped and waiting half an hour the day of, I experienced a rushed, unfriendly check-up by Dr. Huber. She must have spent no more than 4 minutes in the room with me after coming with no greeting or smile. She did not seem this way in the past, but lately we have noticed a change and are very unhappy with how she treats us. She seems knowledgeable, but very generic and gives less helpful, generic information without seeming to really care about our problems. I had a co-pay of 25 dollars and just felt cheated and neglected.

I have always had positive experiences with Dr. Huber. Over many years, she has accurately diagnosed/treated or referred to specialists, when needed. I have not had trouble getting appointments or experienced extended waiting times. She has a very kind, attentive, approachable, manner.

For a practice that has no clients I waited more than 40 minutes on each visit. The last visit was 55 minutes. Risa is a good doctor. She just needs good staff. One of the visits she was yelling at one of her staff. Maybe she should spend less time yelling and more time firing.

Dr. Huber is not a bad doctor, BUT she is not an excellent doctor, nor even a good doctor due to her practice. I had an education that surpasses her education in years, yet she talks to me as if I have a 3rd grade education. My real deal with her is her service When I was so sick and needed to get in that day, she was booked until 5 days in, this has been the case 3 times for me, and I have had to go to the ER or Urgent care. If you need anything beyond a regular visit, you have to wait 4 months!!! That is not okay. In addition the staff is so rude and condescending. They think they are above everyone and have the right to be rude and treat you poorly. I am giving them business and acting politely even though I am sick, they could do at least the same in return, but they don't. They are rude and often talk about patients once the door is closed, the problem.. the doors and walls are very very thin and you can hear everything they are saying.

Dr. Huber has been our Doctor for over four years now. She is a board certified pediatrician as well. I have a very high opinion of Dr. Huber and this office. She has correctly diagnosed several serious conditions and has made topnotch referrals to specialist.
