Giving him one star because there is not a lower rating. If you need a podiatrist, find a different one.
My son and I both need special arc support for our feet, which is why I came to him. He is rude to the extreme! We had two appointments and never coming back! If you have the time to read through I'll explain why.

The first appointment was short. He saw our feet and gave us insoles and I was paying in under 10 minutes all together. Even though it was short, my son got upset because the doctor kept repeating the same joke, implying my son was a baby. My son tried to tell the doctor he didn't like it and telling him to stop but he continued. After we left, my son was annoyed, with reason, because the dr was rude. I tried to assure him that maybe the dr was trying to be friendly and maybe give him another chance next time. Benefit of the doubt.

Second appointment was way worse. He greeted my son with the same rude comments about him being a baby. My son just rolled his eyes and did not speak to him.

These days, most schools ask for inside and outside shoes. When I asked him for more than one insole pair he said my son could just change them. I know his routine at school, some days he needs to change shoes four times a day and he would be missing on activities because he is taking an extra time changing the insoles of his shoes four times a day! I told the doctor my son definitely needed more than one. He immediately replied in a very rude tone "I guess you are rich then! Do you have too much money?!" Several times. Because of his age, I tried to be patient and ignored it. I explained my son's routine in detail - which I shouldn't have had to do - until he said "Fine! I'll see if I can get you another pair"

Then, when it got to me, I had to have mine changed because they weren't working. He immediately suggested custom ones. The most expensive kind that require a cast. I asked if I could have more than one pair out of the same cast. He said "Sure, how many would you like?" "Three", I said. "Yes, we can make that." I phoned my husband to let him know about the expense. A two minute polite conversation.

"Hunny, the dr saya this procedure costs around $500. Is that ok?" "Yup, most is covered by insurance" "Can they make more than one?" "Yes, I checked." "Ok."

He proceed to do the cast. After he came back I double checked that I could have the three pairs and he said, one more time. "Wow! You must be really rich! Sure! I can charge you $500 for each since you have so much money! No, you only get one! Now come on! This is my drinking time and you are taking too long!" (Appointment had lasted 25 minutes up to that moment) And he stormed out of the room to talk to his assistant.

The office is small and he was talking very loudly telling her "She is just trying to make this hard for me! Charge her more! She was even fighting with her husband about money in my office!"

The worse customer service I have EVER had.

Dr. Martin Cole is a great podiatrist. He shaves down my ingrown toe nail when I am in need that and is very knowledgeable in foot care.

My son had 2 ingrowns cut out, at no time was he rude or unprofessional. My son almost passed out we had to stop he offered water and lower the bed for him. My son toes are great!
The freezing was down too no issues! Thank u fyi send ur receipt in u may get coverage I am trying!

Dr Cole is very unprofessional. I have never been so disappointed. I sent my adult daughter to him and all he could do is insult her about her weight and eye roll her when she told him she was working hard at fixing this problem, He doesnt know the reasons behind her weight problems. Didnt bother to ask. Just said this is why your feet hurt and then went to his co worker and laughed and said a joke about his scale and her on it. NO ONE has the right especially as a dr. to be unkind . he should offering solutions not bullying!!!!!!

just plain rude....tried to make an appointment and got nothing but rudeness in return.
