Terrible doctor. Does not listen to her patients. Arrogant and does not take the time to look into her patient’s problems. Should not be allowed to practice medicine.

Receptionist was rude. Put me on hold several times and never came back. When I got to the waiting room I could see her doing this to other calls even though she had no clients at the desk. Dr B was fine.

Very unprofessional staff. The waiting area could hear them argue between themselves as to how to understand the “system”. The doctor was very rude! Very confrontational, unprofessional and even wanted a message given to my parents, with a “ happy Mother’s Day” in a sarcastic way added to it. Clearly unnecessary comments being made and very unprofessional to say the least!

Referred to her for excessive bleeding. She gave me all my options and tried an alternative before going through with hysterectomy- supported my decisions during the process with phone call back directly from her regarding tests. Staff was friendly and I experienced very little wait time for my appointments.

Worst Doctor ever. Pushed birth control etc the entire visit . Never took the time to examine the patient. She should be a sales person not a doctor. Doctors take an oath to help there patients not sell products. How can you trust what she's telling you when she's trying to push products. First time see her and never going back.

I have always liked Dr. Brkovich and most of the staff. Dr. B is very professional, caring, knowledgeable and thorough. Would definitely recommend her to anyone.

I was put in as an emergency patient, so I expected to have to wait, however, I was called in within minutes of my appointed time. Dr. B was thorough and explained everything clearly. She also followed through on more testing and referrals within a few hours of my appointment by calling me personally at home.

Still waiting for her to return my call to have this IUD removed. Said it would be in for 5 years. Been over 7 now. Cannot get a hold of her. Even my GP referred me but nothing. Guess I will have to see a different Gyn...Maybe then I can actually have it verified if I do have PCOS or not. She was supposed to run tests but I don't know if she ever did. One time she said she did not think I did .. then next time she said I did. I was like huh? When were those tests done she said I needed to verify if I had PCOS???

She may know her stuff but perhaps she is very overworked. She is a little cold in personality (as many have said in person to me) but what is my biggest problem is lack of communication skills and followup.

Doesn’t matter how great the Dr is I’m pretty sure she reads all reviews and sees how rude her front staff is especially Phylica and she’s done nothing about it. Clearly she doesn’t care about her patients and doesn’t care if they leave a bad review or never go back to her.
