Absolutely loved Polsky - he was very understanding of all my concerns due to previous miscarriages. Took extra time to explain everything to me thoroughly.

Dr Polsky is a very kind and understanding Dr who explains everything you need to know regarding your care and the risks/benefits of surgery etc. Felt very comfortable with him and not afraid to ask questions. His staff are always kind and respectful.

Highly recommend Dr Polsky! He's very personable, knowledgeable, and professional. He's an advocate for his patients and doesn't try to influence them in any way. While pregnant with my last, I was high risk and Dr Polsky took extra measures to not only watch my baby, but help ease any anxieties i had. He (and his team- Milrod & Chan) are excellent in what they do. You will wait a bit in his office to be seen, but in my experience it's because he actually spends time with his patients!

I had a fantastic experience with Dr. Polsky and the hospital staff at Windsor Met Hospital. Everybody was so thorough, kind and beyond helpful during my hysterectomy. I couldn't imagine anything going better!

I needed an endometrial biopsy. Dr. Polsky was kind, patient, and explained everything before and during the procedure, as I asked him to. I had heard reports of it being very painful from others who have had this biopsy before, and I'm confident it is because of Dr. Polsky's gentle demeanor and expertise that I was able to relax and not have a negative experience.

Staff- I don’t agree with all the comments that the staff are rude. They have been nothing but kind and willing to help in the years I’ve attended.
Punctuality- do you wait? Yes. But that’s the reality of our healthcare system. Not mad at a Doctor for a broken system.
Helpfulness and knowledge- both Polsky and Milrod have been incredibly attentive to all my varied health care needs. Can’t say enough how much I respect this practice.

Not to minimize anyones feelings but I don’t understand the negative comments about the staff. In my experience, they’ve been nothing but kind and accommodating. Doctor Polsky himself is wonderful! I’ve had a very pleasant experience overall.

The receptionist is very rude and not helpful at all. It seems like she tries her best for patients not to go there. Very disappointing. Dr. Polsky is great though.

Dr. Polsky is the best! He was my OB for both of my pregnancies and I would recommend him to everyone. He is extremely knowledgeable and approachable. I would not have had a successful VBAC with my son if it wasn't for him. He listens to any concerns and goes above and beyond for all of his patients.

Dr Polsky and Dr Milrod are both amazing, very approachable and kind. Unfortunately, my interactions with the reception staff was always terrible. They are rude, unprofessional and disrespectful. They failed to call me with important test results ("because they don't check their faxes every day"), I have overheard them making fun of and disrespecting a foreign patient that didn't recognize their mistreatment because of a language barrier, and I myself, have experienced rude and disrespectful treatment directly from the staff. This will be my first and only pregnancy and hate that my appointments (which should be exciting and pleasant experiences) are often turned into negative interactions solely due to this miserable women. I find it amusing when you see a sign hung in an office which indicates that negative attitudes toward reception will not be tolerated. Other places of business are able to operate without such warnings, perhaps your staff is the issue and that is the reason why they find themselves in confrontations so frequently.
