Great doctor overall. Very nice and very good at listening. He is very good at explaining to his patients. Had a full hip replacement surgery with him 6 weeks ago and very glad it was with him.

I cannot say enough about how kind and amazing the staff and Dr Annisette were to me today. The staff was extremely busy but made me feel welcome and comfortable. As for Dr Annisette he was compassionate, helpful and charming. I can’t say enough about how amazing the atmosphere was in the office. Dr Annisette was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me while listening to my concerns. I would highly recommend this dr and his staff to those who are in need of an orthopaedic surgeon.

Torn meniscus in my knee. Had surgery to repair and the doc claimed there was nothing there. Comp cut me off. Suffered for almost a year before pain specialist confirmed the tear and sent me to surgeon in Chatham.He found it and repaired it. I think his ratings come from his family members. I wouldn't let him work on my dog.

I confess I am writing this review YEARS LATE. I first met Dr. Annisette in the ER at Metropolitan Hospital...I told you this was LATE. It was 1983. I had broken my ankle, BOTH SIDES. He was on a personal leave, but as a favour to my family doctor he said he'd take a look. He did...and what a terrific job he did. I was up having therapy 3 days later. Jump ahead to 2006...I separated my shoulder for the 2nd time in six months. After having it set and then x-rayed to make sure that everything was correctly done in the ER the afternoon before, Dr. Annisett was the doctor in the Fracture Clinic. He said that the shoulder repair was done fine and he would not need to do anything more. When I told him of our previous meeting, he asked how the ankle was doing, I said it was still going strong...NO complaints......Too bad I now live too far away from Windsor as I need some work done on my knees. Wish I could have him do the surgery.

Best orthopedic surgeon in Ontario! Extremely skilled and knowledgeable. Dr. Annisette performed my knee replacement and did a great job. He took time to talk to me before and after surgery and make sure I was well informed. Dr. Annisette and his staff are compassionate, friendly and treat you with great care. I cannot thank Dr. Annisette enough for all his help with my knee replacement.

I saw him in the fracture clinic. I broke the large toe and was referred as it was greater than 50% broken. The toe reacted strangely and though x-rays didn't show gross abnormalities it became 2.5 x the size of before. He actually talked to me, investigated issues that could have been related in bones or inflammatory conditions over numerous visits. Though we don't really know why this is still double the size after 2 years ...at least we ruled out serious other complications. I would highly recommend him . He is always busy but willing to explain and volunteer info . A rare gem.

I've never gone to his office because it's so busy and has long wait lists, but id consider it because of this experience.
