Dr. McCaffery replaced my left hip and I am recovering nicely. He made it his mission to install my prosthesis such that my leg length is excellent. He is kind and pleasant, extremely knowledgeable and a great surgeon. Interacting with him is very enjoyable. His work is second to none. If you have to wait awhile to get his work, then wait. You won’t be disappointed.

I had a torn rotator cuff repaired and can attest that he is by far the best shoulder surgeon in the area. As a health professional, I did my research and was extremely happy with my care. His bedside manner is “ top notch”! You might have to wait a bit longer, but having pain for years, a couple extra months was no big deal. Well worth the wait to have the BEST!

I happened to bump into Dr. McCaffery recently at the marina and he asked me how my surgery was doing after about 15 years. Early in life I had done heavy lifting and long days of work on the farm where I lifted 75 lbs bags of potatoes, spanish onions and hay and straw bails sometimes wet, tomato hampers etc. at 14 hour days in the busy summer and harvest seasons. By the time I was 50 yrs old my shoulders were starting to seize up and actually freeze in place in terrible pain. Back about 15 years ago, Dr. McCaffery performed two surgeries about 6 mos apart. I had one follow up appointment after the surgeries and didn't see him again until just recently. I have to say that his work is "unremarkable" in that my two shoulders are as fit as I was when I was 19 and do a lot of lifting and love to work on projects and mechanical things at 66 yrs old now. I have no sign that I have ever had an issue and must say that his work on both shoulders was nothng less than fabulous! Top notch Ortho!

Dr. McCaffrey recently repaired my torn rotator cuff. Very little pain after surgery. Excellent results, just like it had never been injured. I would recommend him to anyone needing this surgery.

Doc is worth the wait, and anyone that complains with regards to his professionalism, obviously has the wrong impression. This doctor is very knowledgeable, and doesn’t beat around the bush. He knows his stuff, that’s why he’s one of the best surgeons that Windsor has to offer. I

would rate him 10 out of 10 and despite any of these reviews. He’s a blessing to Windsor., and there defo is a waiting list for his surgical skills!!!

You can’t please everyone but he’s definitely a master at his craft just like Dr.Tayfor.

If you want your mobility , your life back to normal-, he’s worth the wait..

,Oh, And when you are a master in your field of expertise , you figure out the issues very quickly and patient is in and out. There’s no need for extra time dispersement, I hate long appointments - preference for in and out ..
I’m running about.
