Excellent Doctor he is always much more thorough than my family Dr is. He us easy to talk to, kind, caring and very good at what he does!

I can hardly believe this very busy and helpful doctor receives negative ratings from anyone. He is very busy, very knowledgeable and always provided accurate guidance and assistance during my visits. Both my mother, who is in her 80s and I (both females) have been to see this professional, several times, at the Walk In Clinic. He has always 'saved' us from what was occurring. This doctor is very thorough and actually believes what you are saying. I am very grateful to him and he is highly recommended.

I was perscribed an antibiotic I didn't need and I told him i was 4 months pregnant and asked if it was nessary. he kept making unnessary comments about how i was looking too small to be pregnant (my obgyn says i measure perfect) the pharmasist was more helpful and knowledgeable.

I have seen Dr. Aboobaker numerous times and have found him rude and "touchy". Recently I had H1N1 and all he told me to do was drink fluids a day and a half later I ended up in the hospital for a week.

Dr. Aboobaker takes his time with his patients, and makes them feel like human beings and not just another patient. But this may also be the reason for his punctuality being poor. I have always had to wait lengthy waits even with an appointment time. If your appointment is at 4pm, you should be soon within the 1/2 hour max. not an hour and a half later. There was one day I had an appointment early in the morning and he didn't show up for an hour after I had been sitting there.

After a couple of appointments of waiting an hour past my scheduled time I found out he regularly comes in late. I had the first appointment of the day at 9 a.m. and he still wasn't there when I left at 10 a.m. I think this is very rude to routinely keep patients waiting.

Excellent Doctor. WAY better than my family doctor! Kind and sensitive. Seems to really care about your condition. Wish I could go to him on a regular basis.

Dr. Aboobaker is the best doctor I have seen in many years. He is kind, he listens to what I have to say and gives common sense and practical advice and treatment. It is refreshing that I never have to wait more than a day to get in to see him and I have never waited more than 1/2 an hour in his waiting room. If he is ever going to start taking regular patients, I want to be first in line. Selkirk is fortunate to have him.

Dr.Aboobaker is one of the best doctors I`ve come across in 43 years. He is a very caring and compassionate man who works endless hours so no one goes without medical attention. He is very considerate to all his patients needs. He takes care of thousands of people in Selkirk who otherwise don`t have a physician. I myself wish there was more doctors like him. Nowadays, doctors only seem to care about how many patients they can see in a day and how many percriptions they can fill. He also doesn`t have a time limit (5-10 minutes) or only one question per visit. I have a regular doctor who has overlooked some of my test results, but he took the time to properley read them and proceeded to contact me for a change of medication. I didn`t hear a word from my family doctor, I guess it was overlooked. Thank-you Dr. Aboobaker for making a difference for me and thousands of others lives,especially from a medical point of view. I resently have had to see Dr. Aboobaker on a most sensitive + urgent personal health crisis, this Dr. not only treated my self + husband with the unmost care + had alot of test performed with urgancy, he was totally informed , sensitive to the utmost , me being the female in this event , he took alot of time with me personally , to give me information my own G. P. of more that 20 years has ever had the time to take , has been vigelent in the follows up , + has stayed with me each step of the way . We of Selkirk are so lucky to have this Brillent young man in our community , The States + other provences are stealing our best at an alarming rate + as I myself work in the Health -care profession in the area , can say if your thing he is getting rich helping all of us , I challange you to get yourselfs alot better educated , befor running off at the mouth about someone we most certainly cannot afford to loose , a very grateful women to have gone to him
