Excellent chirurgien vasculaire il a opéré mon mari et tout s’est bien passé un médecin compétent qui sait très bien rassurer ses patients et répondre aux questions posées.
D’ailleurs mon mari est en attente d’une autre chirurgie vasculaire, artère fémorale droite avec angioplastie et mon mari n’accepterait un autre chirurgien.
Quant à sa secrétaire Désirée elle a toujours été impeccable avec nous et nous a très bien dirigée. Nous n’avons aucun commentaire négatif à formuler merci à toute l’équipe

Dr. MacKenzie treated my husband over several years. He followed up and always explained what was happening. He is busy, but takes the time to communicate and answer questions from the patient and family. He really cares about his patients and is knowledgeable. I would recommend him to anyone!

Dr. MacKenzie treated my mother Noella Lafrance-Blackburn for an aortic aneurism approx. 15 years’ ago. A few years’ later the surgeon at the Hull hospital told me to take her home as there was nothing they could do. I called Dr. MacKenzie and he had an ambulance take her from Hull to Montreal where he performed another surgery. She was 88 at the time. She died in Dec. 2019 a few days before she turned 99. The care she received from this doctor was above and beyond. Thank you Dr. MacKenzie for giving us more than a decade with our mother that we would not have had without your caring,

I met this doctor in the emergency room after I began having a severe headache 24hours after a 2nd Carotid Endoartectomy. He had me admitted and was under intensive care for 5 days and would not let me go home till he was certain that my situation back to normal. I suffered from a condition that can occur when the brain that has been getting blood from only one artery suddenly is getting it from three. I can not comment on his staff or punctuality as I never had an occassion to experience those things so I gave him a 5 on both since it would be unfair to do otherwise. Great physician and a kind man.

I visited the Dr. to read my tests and advise my GP regarding a possible vascular issue. He was proper, healthy and very busy. He was just like every other specialist I have ever seen. Assertive, friendly and informative. I found his staff just fine. I read the other comments and didn't find that kind of negativity at all. It was a bit of a wait but I did need to go for 2 separate tests, in 2 different Labs. Then have a radiologist read my Ulta, then on to the Dr.

Dr. Mackenzie is a good surgeon and helped repair my aortic aneurysm. He was always polite but he could have been a little more reassuring. Once he operated on me I feel he did not follow through. I left many messages for his secretary Desiree who never called back! She’s not a great secretary. I did not feel supported after my surgery. I still need follow ups as I do not know if this can return. He’s a good doctor but his support office sucks!

He is very good ! Very knowledgeable !
Always late because the man is so good that they are always calling him for emergency surgeries !
Like any other dr in the province of Quebec , the man doesn't talk much ! And with time they will loose more and more Patient skills but you want him to be the one that cut you in OR for sure!
His secretary Dessire is French bitch! She doesn't return any calls and knows that you need from her , so she takes advantage and mistreat you !
She will never advocate for the patient ! She just doesn't care !
