Dr. Sanjay Patel sent the patient home in a worse shape that when the patient came in. Overhydrated and in hyponatraemia. Another hospital in the area admitted the patient and took 9 days to get back in health. Dr. Patel didn't appear to care, have knowledge, and was rude.
