Scott left my PPC plan before my annual exam, doing the exam he or the up front checking advised me, I would have left because blue cross had already set me up with another doctor. The exam done in a matter of minutes and blood screening upstairs done,I get this letter in the mail from blue cross. my evidence of coverage tell me my new doctor, get the bill from insurance company denied most of Scott services,so he sends me his bill of 453.00 for his screw-up he is a zero in my book,thanks a lot
