I was unlucky to have Robert Mongue as the ER person I had to see. He was completely uninterested in the information I was trying to tell him about why I was in the ER. He had seen that I had been seen 3 days earlier by Dr. Daniel Kim, & the ONLY thing he was interested in was HOW MUCH DR. KIM TALKED TO ME! He wanted to know if Dr. Kim talked a lot 'because he just won't shut up in the doctor's lounge'. So unprofessional, so rude, & totally ignored me completely! He over prescribed pain medicine for me which I DID NOT want or need; & he ordered a 2nd CT in 3 day period that was not needed...IF he had listened to me! I was not in pain -- all I wanted was some medicine to make the nausea from the metformin go away. His nurse was also very rude! I would not recommend Robert Mongue to anybody!
