You do not want to be anywhere near Bruce. Much less as his patient. He demonstrated the most deplorable bedside manners I've ever seen. From the very first second he was argumentative and very aggressive. At multiple points he even raised his voice to a yell and vegan to bark over my concerns. At one point he insisted that he knows more than anyone in the hospital and since I "wanted to argue" that "you need to leave my hospital now" I was then discharged without treatment. Once I checked the notes on my patient portal it was full of total falsehoods in what many may see as an attempt to distance himself from any liability for his negligence. I assumed it was a bad day for Bruce and it was a one off however one Google search clearly shows this "doctor" has a long running history of insisting on arguing with patients then kicking them to the curb without treatment yet insists on charging the patient. You really do not want to be this guy's patient. Nothing short of a horror story.

On October 18,2017 My 24 year old son Joshua was taken by ambulance to Bristol Regional Medical Center Emergency. He was hurting all over and in excrutiating pain, coughing up blood,panting/gasping for air and his skin was real red and he was also coughing up thick stringy mucus. Dr. Gibbon diagnosed him with severe pain (back strain) from a prior motorcycle accident. my son was given one percoset for pain and a prescription of tramadol and then released from the hospital. Three days later my son was dead !

Told me he couldnt treat me in the ER then charged me for the visit. I went home and googled my condition and drained my own thrombosed hemorrhoids because I was in excrutiating pain. He offered me no meds for pain and when asked how long my condition would take to heal, his reply was "I guess you want me to predict the future". No, I just wanted a medical opinion but I guess that was too much to ask.
