had a referral to see him from my pcp. So unorofessional, rude & condesending. He did not examine me except for telling me to lift 1 leg while he was staring out the window. He then told me and my husband that there was nothing wrong with me & wanted me to go inpatient to help me wtf that was contridicting. So we told him no and he said said I needed to give a urine sample to see if I was on drugs and maybe next time he would give me some sort of pain relief. So I peed (just to prove a point) and never went back! The entire office looked sketchy nothing on the walls, broken chairs, no one in the waiting room! would never reccommend him!!!

Very rude with a horrible bedside manner. When shocking my nerves, he yelled "Hold Still!" He and his office are both rundown!!!!

Disgusting human being. Rude, arrogant, seems a little crazy. I will never go to him again and would not recommend him to anyone else. The only advantage is that you don't have to wait long to get an appointment. Generally his waiting room is empty. Gee I wonder why?

I had a horrible experience with this doctor. I had been scheduled by my primary care physician to have an EMG done. First his nurse takes me into a room, tells me to disrobe and gives me a gown and leaves. Thirty minutes later I am still waiting to see the doctor. Finally I put my clothes back on and go to leave. I pass the doctor's office on the way out and he asks me where I'm going, and I tell him that I've been waiting for him for 30 mins. He proceeds to tell me that he has been reviewing my records and that I was told that the office visit would take an hour and a half. I told him I was never told that. He was rude and also he is a liar because I could hear him talking on the phone while I was waiting for him. I have no desire to be examined by such a doctor.

I was sent to this dr for a work injury assessment. The Dr. argued with my husband that has worked at our workplace for 12 years about the policies for workers comp. He then proceeded to tell me that there is nothing wrong with me and I need to go back to work. When I expressed to him I'm still having trouble with my injury and explained to him my line of work requires me to defend myself or others, he stated "Well I guess you better not be the first responder or work by yourself." This man is a quack and his unothordox manner needs to be addressed by the medical board. His unprofessionalism displayed by overstepping his bounds is disguisting. This man was seen for a medical report, not advice for workers comp.

He had me sit in a room for over 45 minutes and then didn;t examine me. He then wouldn't listen to anything I said and already had his mind made up that there was nothing wrong with me. I was sent there by a surgeon to have further tests and nerve conduction studies done and he sent me away saying he would give me pain meds when I got a job.

Dr. Kaplan is the worst doctor that I have ever been to-he seems as if he as a few screws loose. I do not recommend anyone go to him. He acts as if he is a god and has total control over your life because he is a "doctor". Please stay away from this doctor he will only cause you more grief and pain than you are in already. This, of course, is my opinion of my experience with Dr. Richard Kaplan.
